A small collection of 3 cottages, a barn and 2 woodland cabins, set quietly in the Peak District countryside.

Each one is designed for grown-ups who want a slower pace, somewhere to settle in, feel comfortable, and properly switch off.

From your door, you can head straight out for a walk, or take a short drive to explore nearby places like Eyam or Chatsworth House, before returning to warmth, quiet, and your own private space.

The Barn

The Barn is a quiet, tucked-away space for two, somewhere to step out of the day-to-day and settle into a slower pace.

You leave your car behind and walk across the fields for a few minutes, and by the time you arrive, something has already shifted. It feels removed, peaceful, and entirely your own.

Inside, everything is open, warm and easy to be in. A space to cook, eat, read, and relax without needing anything more.

Step outside onto your terrace and take in the views across the valley. You might spot wildlife, or simply sit and watch the light change as the day moves on.

It’s the kind of place you return to after a walk and feel instantly at ease, quiet, comfortable, and settled.

Hollow Brook Cottage

Hollow Brook Cottage offers a little more space to settle into, while keeping the same sense of calm and quiet found across Top Riley.

With two en-suite bedrooms and an open, light-filled living space, it suits couples who appreciate having room to spread out, or those travelling together who still want their own space.

After a day out, it’s easy to come back, put the kettle on, and let the evening unfold slowly.

Outside, the private patio offers a quiet spot to sit and listen to the birds, with nothing to interrupt the stillness.
